1. Cancellation Window
Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled with a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. "No-shows" are not eligible for a refund.
3. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed via Razorpay and typically reflect in your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
